General Information
How the site operates
This is not an auction site. All items are offered at the price listed. If you wish to purchase an item, please email us confirming your location. We will confirm the price inclusive of postage.
Postage
We do not make a profit on postage, we charge at cost. Consequently we will quote buyers for the cost of postage dependant on the weight of the item(s) bought, and where in the World we need to post to.
All items with value above £40 are sent by an insured method, and the cost of this is included in the postage quote.
First past the post
Where we only have one item in stock, but more than one interested buyer, the sender of the first email received will be the winning buyer. Please join our mailing list to be one of the first in the queue.
Additional information
We are happy to provide potential buyers with any additional information or photos regarding any item.
Description of items
We do consider ourselves to be knowledgeable about the items we sell. Under UK Law, any buyer has full rights of return, including return postage, if we misrepresent an item. However, we cannot accept items for return where buyers have changed their mind.
Lastly
We are professional vintage and antique toy dealers. This is our business and we cannot make a living from unhappy customers. Any problems with the site please email us.
